Designed a thermal evaporation chamber that will also have a water cooled magnetron sputterer (cross sectional image included). Proposal was submitted to Undergraduate Research Fellowship Program.

Designed and hand-carved a walnut burl tobacco pipe.
I blended the beans, then raised the slurry’s pH with food-grade sodium hydroxide to solubilize the bean proteins, then filtered out the insoluble hulls and fiber. I acidified the clear filtrate with food-grade hydrochloric acid to precipitate the proteins and collected them by filtration.
Used OpenRocket, model rocket simulator to design functional, lightweight rockets, with parachute deployment.
Every year as part of the STEM Girl Day, I make a bizarre combination of scientific glassware and apparatus. Furnished with fluorescent dies, aromatics, and visual effects, the contraption is meant to interest children and adults alike.
